CONDITIONS OF SALE – EVENTIVE
Eventive is our online streaming platform.
Some of our programmes are restricted for viewing within the UK only. Please check programme details before purchase.
Programmes will be released throughout each 10-day festival. Once a programme becomes available, you’ll have either 48 hours or 1 week to start watching – please check programme details for the correct availability window of your purchase. Once you begin watching, you’ll have 24 hours to finish watching. If you miss this window, you’ll need to purchase another ticket, which will only be available for 48 hours from the original release date.
Please ensure that your devices are compatible, before you purchase any tickets or a Festival Pass. You can watch content on PCs running Windows 7+, and Intel-based Macs running macOS 10.12+. You can also watch films on Android tablets and phones using Chrome, and on iPhones and iPads using Safari. If you have an Apple TV, Fire TV, Fire Stick or Roku device, you can use the dedicated Eventive app for these platforms. If you have a Chromecast, you can cast to it from Chrome on your computer or Android phone. To ensure your system requirements are compatible please check here.
Passes are not refundable. Tickets are only refundable as outlined below.
In the unlikely event that a programme or event has to be postponed or cancelled, ticket holders will be notified as soon as possible and refunds will be issued to those who have purchased a ticket individually. There will be no refund for festival pass holders.
By purchasing a ticket for a programme, you are confirming that you meet the recommended age rating as specified by LIAF.
LIAF reserves the right to remove and/or block anyone without warning, for using inappropriate, offensive or abusive language and/or actions when interacting in a live event. This includes live chat. Refunds will not be provided. Future participation in live events, as well as the purchasing of tickets and passes may be denied.
All LIAF content is for private viewing only and is not to be shared, distributed or viewed in a commercial, public or educational environment.
You agree to view the Eventive website (the online platform screening LIAF 2021 programmes), including all associated features and functionalities, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content. You agree not to archive, download, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, create derivative works from, offer for sale, or use content and information contained on or obtained from or through LIAF and Eventive.
