A programme of amazing films selected for our most extra-special audience – plus whichever grown-ups they want to bring along. Suitable for 7-14 year-olds, these films bring the wonder of animation onto the big screen. They’re entertaining, thought provoking, colourful and enchanting – without a toy or games ad in sight!
The films are a selection of award-winners and highlights of the animation festival circuit, having screened at most of the major international animation festivals in the last year. Collected together under one roof, it is unlikely that these films will get seen in the UK again.
Featuring all styles and techniques from the latest computer technology to traditional handmade animation they are a snapshot of all that is great about kid’s animation – and show that animation has no limits or boundaries.
