LIAF 2023: Closing Night Gala – The Best of the Fest (18)

September 28, 2023 by

This is your last chance to see these films before the curtain comes down on another glorious LIAF. Selected by several panels of  industry experts and audience votes, these are the absolute must-see films of LIAF 2023.

Awards are given for the ‘Best Film of the Festival’,  ‘Best British Film’, ‘Best Sound’, ‘ Best Children’s Film’, ‘Best Abstract Film’ and ‘Best Late Night Bizarre Film’.

The judges have pondered long and hard and argued over their choices. The audience have voiced their opinions. Awards will be announced by the Festival Director and the judges. Award-winning directors will be welcomed to the stage to say a few words and to pick up their prizes courtesy of our prize-winning sponsors The Elf Factory, RCA (the Royal College of the Arts) and Karrot Animation.

Come and see these wonderful films one last time before we pack them up and send them back on their travels around the world.

This screening always sells out so make sure you grab your tickets early.

Also repeats Sunday 3 Dec at 20:15.
